Roadmap

My Pocket launched on Android, with iPhone support close behind — but that’s the starting point, not the finish line. This page tracks what’s actively being built, what’s next in line, and what’s further out. It’s not a promise of exact dates — just an honest look at where things stand.

🚧 Now Building

Group Trip Costs

Planning a trip with friends always ends the same way — someone’s tracking payments in a notes app, someone else is doing mental math on who owes what, and it all gets settled in an awkward group chat at the end. Group Trip Costs brings that into My Pocket properly: log group expenses as you go, see who paid for what, and split costs fairly at the end. This is the feature getting the most attention right now.

⏭️ Up Next

iPhone, fully

My Pocket is built in Flutter specifically so Android and iPhone can share the same core codebase. The iPhone version is in progress, aiming for full feature parity from day one rather than shipping a stripped-down version and catching up later.

Recurring Expenses

Auto-log rent, subscriptions, and bills on a schedule instead of re-entering the same expense every month.

Web App (Beta)

A lightweight browser version that syncs with your phone — handy for quickly checking a balance from a laptop without pulling out your phone.

🔭 Exploring

MacOS & WearOS

Native apps for desktop and your wrist. No firm dates yet — these are further out, and I’d rather ship them properly than rush a version that doesn’t hold up.

What Won’t Change

  • Still 100% free — new platforms don’t mean new pricing tiers.
  • Still no ads, ever.
  • Still sharing-first — new features will support sharing with the people you actually coordinate with.

Got a feature you want to see, or a platform you’re waiting on? Tell me about it directly — most of what’s on this roadmap started as exactly that kind of message.
